Embassy hosts screening of Lina documentary
The Embassy of Ireland, USA hosted a special screening of the documentary short, Lina, which follows the story of six-year-old Lina and her family as they flee Russian occupation in the Kherson region of Ukraine—confronting the dangers of escape and the deep psychological scars left on children by war.

Ambassador Byrne Nason launches USA250 at Notre Dame
On October 29th, Ambassador Geraldine Byrne Nason delivered the inaugural lecture of the Ambassador Jim Kelly Diplomacy Speaker Series at the University of Notre Dame’s Keough-Naughton Institute for Irish Studies. The lecture also launched Ireland’s series of events in the USA to commemorate the 250th anniversary of American Independence next year.
